China JSFTWIN Sulfuration Foam Thermo-Forming Machine - Leading Suppliers for Plastic Floor Production in Factories
Working Principle
- Extrusion molding principle: Through the rotation of the screw in the extruder, the raw materials such as plastic pellets are conveyed, compacted, melted, and plasticized in the barrel, making them into a uniform melt with certain fluidity. Then, under the extrusion of the screw, the melt is extruded through the specific shape of the mold, forming the plastic floor's billet, which is then cooled and shaped in subsequent processes to obtain the plastic floor product.
- Calendering molding principle: The plastic melt that has been plasticized is fed into a set of relatively rotating rolls, and through the compression and stretching action of the rolls, the melt is extended on the surface of the rolls into a plastic film or sheet with a certain thickness and width. After cooling, traction, and other processes, it becomes a finished plastic floor.
Structural Composition
- Extrusion system: Consisting of a hopper, screw, barrel, etc., it is responsible for the conveying, melting, and extrusion of raw materials.
- Mold system: Includes extrusion molds or calendering molds, which determine the shape, size, and surface pattern of the plastic floor.
- Cooling system: Usually includes a cooling water tank, cooling rolls, etc., which are used to cool and shape the plastic floor after extrusion or calendering.
- Traction system: Consisting of traction rolls, traction motors, etc., it is used to pull the formed plastic floor out of the mold and control its conveying speed.
- Cutting system: Generally includes cutting tools, cutting motors, etc., which are used to cut the plastic floor according to the set length or size.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q:What is the main difference between extrusion and calendering molding?
Extrusion molding forces molten raw material through a specific mold to form the floor's billet before cooling. Calendering molding passes the plasticized melt through rotating rolls to compress and stretch it into a sheet or film of precise width and thickness.
Q:What components make up the structural composition of the machine?
The machine consists of five core systems: the extrusion system (hopper, screw, barrel), the mold system (extrusion or calendering molds), the cooling system (water tank, rolls), the traction system (rolls and motors), and the cutting system.
Q:What models are available and what is their nominal pressure range?
Models include the JSF-120×2F, JSF-300×2F, JSF-500×2F, JSF-650×2F, and JSF-1000×2F. The nominal pressure ranges from 120 tons for the smallest model up to 1000 tons for the largest model.
Q:What are the heating plate specifications for the JSF-500×2F model?
The JSF-500×2F model features heating plate specifications of 1050*1050*45 mm, with a unit area pressure of 2.7 Mpa and a spacing of 70 mm across 12 layers.
Q:What is the maximum liquid pressure and steam pressure for these machines?
The maximum liquid pressure ranges from 16 Mpa to 20 Mpa depending on the model, while the maximum steam pressure is standard at 1 Mpa across all models.
