Control System: PLC control is mostly adopted, which can realize two forming processes of constant pressure and constant stroke, has a pressure maintaining and time delay function, and the time delay can be adjusted. It can also control the working sequence of the hydraulic actuators.

Guide Rail Hydraulic Press
Working Principle
Based on Pascal's principle, after the motor starts, the oil pump will suck the hydraulic oil in the oil tank pressurize it to the hydraulic cylinder. The piston in the hydraulic cylinder will produce thrust or pull force under the action of liquid pressure, which is transmitted to thepiece through the slide block. The solenoid valve controls the flow direction of the hydraulic oil to achieve the extension and retraction of the hydraulic cylinder, and the regulating valve and safety valve adjust the system pressure and protect the equipment.
